I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the package name. 1.0.6 and 1.0.6post1 were never made available due to packaging errors. The post1 and post2 were necessary because packages on PyPI can't be overwritten. So we followed the conventions recommended in the Python docs: https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0440/#post-releases We are fairly close to a 1.0.7 release so I hope that not too many people encounter this issue. It would be ideal if the version name 1.0.6 resulted in installing 1.0.6.post2. Maybe that's not possible or recommended.
