I hate to ask what are probably real easy questions, but I am working on
multiple projects at the same time and I hope someone can save me a few
hours researching.

I did beta testing in .012. Worked OK, then crashed the server (actually a
co-worker crashed it)

Now have a fresh install of latest stable 1.x running fine.  Got the data
base populated, import plugin, etc working and all looks good.

My 2 immediate questions are;
1. In which file can I edit the look (flow of the fields) in the new ticket
screen?  I have tried re-ordering the ini file but does not change the
field layout on the new ticket screen
2. Is there an easy way (OK, a way) to create a ticket entry workflow that
calls subsequent screens based on the current entry, i.e., screen 1 has
ticket type and based on the selection, screen 2 would have the appropriate
fields??
