Thanks for your quick response.  Trying those now.  It is in fact the
custom fields I was looking to reorder.  I had guessed there would have
been an HTML or other formatting file that had the layout, but could not
find one.  In my beta testing using .012, I tried rearranging the trac.ini
file multiple times, but it did not seem to effect the new ticket display.

Anyway, I just downloaded these and will try now.
