Have you enabled SubversionPropertyRenderer? You should have one of the
following rules in the [components] section:

tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.* = enabled
tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.svn_prop.* = enabled
tracopt.versioncontrol.svn.svn_prop.SubversionPropertyRenderer = enabled
