I have a wiki where the "wiki:Foo" links are pointing to a DNS entry
that no longer exists. How do I change what "wiki:" resolves to?

I found "url" in the "[project]" section of my trac.ini, but changing
that doesn't seem to do anything. (restarted apache, force reloaded the
page...)

I see "trac-admin dir config set ..." on the edgewall.org but my
trac-admin apparently predates "config" ability returning instead,
"Unknown syntax: config ..."

What am I missing?
