wiki:Foo should direct to a wiki page name Foo. Could you explain what you 
mean by "pointing to a DNS entry that no longer exists"?

Do the links no longer work because the base url or your Trac site changed?

What version of Trac are you running?

I don't think this should affect the issue you are seeing as I understand 
it, but you could try setting: [trac] base_url
https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracIni#trac-section
