If you read the traceback you will see that the immediate problem is with
TracTags.
File "build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/tractags/ticket.py", line 53, in
__init__
db = self.env.get_db_cnx()
AttributeError: 'Environment' object has no attribute 'get_db_cnx'
TagsPlugin is compatible with Trac 1.2, you just need to upgrade to version
0.8.
However, you have many plugins installed, so you will need to check whether
each is compatible with Trac 1.2, as Jun said.
