I Got It!! I got everything copied over but it still was giving errors when I tried logging on or trying upgrade. I ended up copying everything fresh and then replaced the Python26 directory structure with the one from the old server and everything works! There must be something that was integrated way back in 2009 that I'm missing. Since I used the same version of Python I thought I'd try just replacing the directory and Whoo hoo... its working!
