Coming from Bugzilla, I'm accustomed to having a Product field (list of products) that allows me to run the development of many different software products in one Bugzilla instance. Each Product has *its own *list of Component, Milestone, and Version lists. These lists are not shared among Product entries in Bugzilla. *This works well for my situation. *One big benefit is a single set of case numbers for my entire organization — "bug 123" doesn't raise the question "bug 123 for *which product"* since it's one pool of bug numbers.
