Hi, we've been seeing a somewhat strange problem for a while now and find ourselves unable to nail it down or fix it. The "edit" pages have a focus problem. It mainly appears in the "edit ticket" page. The cursor doesn't stay in the edit control we click on, but jumps "somewhere", resulting in input not being accepted. A workaround is to click and hold the mouse button while typing. The conditions for this to happen are unclear. It may be switching between WYSIWYG and plain mode or copy-pasting larger parts of text. We're not sure. It also may happen in different browsers, but we mainly use Firefox on Ubuntu.
Has anyone else seen this? It looks like some JavaScript weirdness to me, maybe caused by updates to the browsers.
