It's not that off-topic, as Trac provides exactly this functionality:
at the bottom of the changeset page, there's a ''Zip Archive'' link
which will give you a .zip file containing all the files that were
either added or modified in that changeset.
The recent trunk can even do that for a range of changesets:
go in the revision log, select two revisions, click ''View differences
...'',
then on that page use the same alternate format link as above.
