Hello.

We're having problems with the Trac timeline RSS. It doesn't seem to be
escaping HTML within its tags and therefore the RSS XML is illegal.

I've tried to search for a solution to this problem and came across a few
discussions about this but they all seemed to be specific to some obscure
HTML tags (such as ellipses or something). However my RSS feed is not
escaping the "less than" and "greater than" signs (< and >) and that, of
course, causes a lot of problems. Here's an snippet from within my RSS feed:

Obviously the

should be escaped here because otherwise this is just
illegal RSS.

I'm a bit baffled by this because this doesn't seem to be happening with other
Trac setups that I've seen. Can anyone help me with this? Any ideas what this
may be?

Kind regards, Stefan Freyr.
