[Trac] Problem on Installing Trac

Dear All: This is the first time I use Wiki tools like Trac, Would someone please show me how to solve some trivial problem I’m currently meet? I’ve searched for all FAQ related to trac, none of them can be help.   I’m using: Windows 2000 Subversion 1.3.0 Python 2.3.5 ClearSilver 0.9.14 PySQLite 1.1.6 Python 2.3 Bindings for subversion 1.3.0 Trac 0.9.3   And follow the installation step in http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/TracOnWindows But while I test Trac, I get unexpected message: Oops...   Trac detected an internal error:   No module named web   Traceback (most recent call last):   File "C:\AppServ\www\cgi-bin\trac.py", line 19, in ?     from trac.web import cgi_frontend ImportError: No module named web   Content-Type: text/plain       Oops...   Trac detected an internal error:   No module named web   Traceback (most recent call last):   File "C:/AppServ/www/cgi-bin/trac.py", line 19, in ?     from trac.web import cgi_frontend ImportError: No module named web     It seems only me who meet this problem, since no related document can be found by Google or Yahoo.   Would someone please give me a hint to fix it?   Regards, Alex Lee
