Easiest way to fix this is to put location of your trac installation
to PYTHONPATH (the directory having file trac/web/cgi_frontend.py).

Alternatively you can put two lines: <<EOF
import sys
sys.path += ['/path/to/your/trac/installation']
EOF
into your trac.cgi file just before the 'try:' line.
