2.) Sorting tickets.
Better say: Manual sorting. You could introduce a custom ticket field
which holds
your sort value and then sort by that field
Thanks, but this also gets tedious if you try to edit these fields. E.g.
you start with a numbering with enough space in between, so that you can
move things inbetween. If you consider that everytime you half the space
you left between the numbering, after a while you need to update all
tickets in order to reset the numbering. And here we go again for the
bulk editing or a spreadsheet kind of editing.
