Did you check the log file to see whether Trac does try to send an
email to the SMTP server ?
Where do I find the log file, or do you mean the apache log file?
Are you sure that an email sent on the behalf of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
can be send through mail.ecisecurity.com ?
I do know that if I set up the same settings in my email client then it
works.
You can also try to setup a proxy and observe the traffic between the
client (Trac) and the SMTP server. Google "tcpproxy" for example.
