I have tried to install the Tags plugin and could not get it to
work. With templates/wiki.cs and plugins/TracTags-0.1-py2.4.egg I
get this error:
> Error: Failed to load processor SetupTags

> No macro named [[ListTags]] found
Looking at the page source reveals that wiki.css is called from
href="/chrome/common/css/wiki.css". Now, my knowledge of trac is
sparse but it seems to me that this may indicate that wiki.cs is
somehow not contributing its contents to the page rendering and
that this may be the source of the problem. How do I test this
hypothesis? Is there a setting in conf/trac.ini that I need to
make?
