James, I don't think the eggs are working properly right now. It seems like something broke circa the release of Trac 0.9.3...
Follow the instructions for installing under Trac 0.8 (http://muness.textdriven.com/trac/wiki/tags/Setup#SettinguptagsinTrac0.8).
