Hi,

Wiki is a very important in a collaborative development.
But it seems that is does not support national character sets in a wiki names. Am I right?

For example I write a russian wiki name and it does not see it as wiki name.
OK - I try [wiki:RUSSIAN_WORDS].
It is shown ok as wiki name but when I click it to create a page - I just go to the main wiki page and nothing happends. Very pity :( There are so many international developments teams and all of the can't use trac :(

It even does not work as utf - %XX%XX and so on.

I know that Poland, Bulgaria, Greek and so on all have its own charset like Russians.

Is there a solution? May be I can help even to code that (although I'm not a web programmer and does not know a python)? May be like a plugin. Could point me to the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

p.s. If someone have got a file trac-cyrillic-0.8.4-0.3.tar.gz could you please send it to me, may be I will be able to integrait into mainstream trac.
