OK - I try [wiki:RUSSIAN_WORDS].
It is shown ok as wiki name but when I click it to create a page - I
just go to the main wiki page and nothing happends. Very pity :( There
are so many international developments teams and all of the can't use

I closed it as "works for me" as this obviously works, even for 0.9.x.
Maybe you're still using Trac 0.8.x?
