Looking at report 4 and 5, it appears that all tickets in the databases that are not closed, are set to status 'new' rather than 'assigned' even though they have been assigned users.  This means that reports 4 and 5 are returning nothing.  I'm looking at the trac code, but I honestly don't see how it's selecting code to execute, so I can't trace it down right now.
