+1 on applying simple actions to multiple tickets from the reporting
screen.

It should be reasonably straightforward a tickbox next to each item and
an Actions panel to apply the action to all selected tickets.

Sorting, dragging and all that might be nice but would probably be a
bigger task to implement.

I know that management here have talked about their frustrations with
batch-managing tickets -- perhaps I can convince them to let me try
implementing a prototype at least.
