Unfortunately, I'm not sure what I can tell you. I just tested it
again, and I was able to create a trac environment just fine. For some
reason, when it's trying to set the schema in order to create the
tables, it borks because it's not there. It should create the schema
for you, so I would check that your db user can actually create schemas.
If he can't create schemas, then that's probably where the error lies.
