Good morning everyone, We've been using trac for tracking development projects and IT helpdesk issues, it works great.
I showed it to some people in other parts of the business here and they really love this (wiki/tickets/integration) and want to use it instead of sharepoint. One of the challenge I already see is as department create each their own trac 'project' to keep track of their internal operations, there won't be a central place to look for all tickets assigned to me across the board. So I'm wondering if any of you have used Trac for general operation tracking (non software project) and the challenges you faced?
