Is there any way to determine whether a patch has been installed and detected? I've installed the BasicFieldValidationPatch on 0.9.6, but I don't see any change in behavior. I've specified the version field as required and I can still submit a ticket with a blank option selected. Maybe I just have something misconfigured? Or misunderstand the patch's functionality?
All three files have been installed in site-manager/trac/ticket and are readable by Apache (644 perms). My trac.ini looks like this: [ticket] ... default values set ... version.required = true milestone.required = true After noticing that it didn't work, I bounced Apache and that made no difference either. Any suggestions or wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
