In case anyone is wondering, the patch appears to work just fine in
0.9.6.  I do have a couple of follow up questions, though:

1.  Trac (or the patch) only displays one error message at a time -
even if there are multiple omissions or errors.  Is that expected?
This is when entering tickets, of course.

2.  If an error is displayed and the user clicks the back button to
return to the ticket entry form, all previously entered data is lost.
Is there any way to preserve it?  We've found that if you preview
before you submit then the form data is preserved.  Otherwise, it's
not.  Ideally, we'd like to avoid that middle step, but it's there as
a workaround.
