I asked for the very same feature some days ago, even opened a ticket for this:

Bottom line is: Right now you can't do it with trac. The hdf context doesn't 
contain all the objects that are there during normal operation with a trac 
environment. There's some effort going on to provide a multi-project version of 
trac now (some spin-off called "TraM", see ticket comments), and the support 
for multiple projects is scheduled for trac-2.0, aka. "not very soon".

The "Available projects" page (as we see it today) seems a bit hackish to me, 
it's not integrated with the rest of the trac core. Thus you can't just extend 
it with a plugin or else. HTH,
