Despite what msg2912 says, Rietveld is still sending messages with the 
developer's name in the From: header.

When the developer and the recipient happen to be on the same domain, this 
sometimes works (and many of the core devs are on gmail, so they may not notice 
it...).

But otherwise, it will usually get the message filtered as spam (e.g., for 
developers on domains with no DMARC, like many corporate domains, even tech 
companies like intel.com, or domains that are heavily forged, like gmail), or 
even blocked (e.g., for developers on yahoo.com, which uses DMARC p=reject).
