But in this case, COALESCE function proposed by Jurg should be enough,
shouldn't it?

What I really miss from ontologies is to know what properties are
compulsory and what are optional, and those that are compulsory, if they
can lack a value or not. This would help when using a client to know if
we must take in account empty values.
