2007 Jamie McCracken stated that he makes number indexing optional (and off by default) to fix a high memory consumption of trackerd.
In November 2009 he stated that number indexing is disabled but another guy asking how to enable it did not get an answer (afaik). It would be very useful for me to be able to search for numbers. Is there any possibility to enable number indexing? (To avoid too much memory consumption it would be a good idea to be able to configure the min and max length of indexed numbers.)
