In stable tracker 0.10.x series, you can just edit the following file:
 $HOME/.config/tracker/tracker-fts.cfg
And set:
 # Flag to ignore numbers in FTS (default=TRUE)
 IgnoreNumbers=false

And then force a reindex with:
 $> tracker-control -rs
