Hi, well a bit off-topic reply but, Tomboy has its Tracker add-in, Gnote might get it, too, and Bijiben (notes) uses Tracker. Currently the usage is no more centralized than using the same db, but who knows, it might make sense to think about. (as a dummy example, my old phone does this : when user creates a task, he either enters a brand new description or associates an existing note to describe it) (btw gnome-calendar developer might also be interested in Tasks design proposal - https://live.gnome.org/Design/Apps/Potential/ToDo) this discussion might also be relevant regarding gnome-online-accounts topic? not that i have any proposal however.
