with tracker-needle.

 In the long run, with the notes in Tracker, what program to use to
visualize them is just a UI/UX decision. The program becomes a front-end
for the same data.

 Indirectly. I guess a miner syncing notes between Tracker and an online
service would use gnome-online-accounts to get the credentials. We have a
flickr miner, but I dont know how it handles that.
