Since we are so close to releasing Fedora 20, I filed a downstream report against sqlite: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1034714
I took a shot at narrowing it down to a sqlite commit, but given that they do not use Git, and I am not an expert with the SPARQL-SQL layer, and I could not locate an obvious one-liner to clone the Fossil repository, I gave up.
