Since we are so close to releasing Fedora 20, I filed a downstream
report against sqlite:

I took a shot at narrowing it down to a sqlite commit, but given that
they do not use Git, and I am not an expert with the SPARQL-SQL layer,
and I could not locate an obvious one-liner to clone the Fossil
repository, I gave up.
Well there is http://repo.or.cz/w/sqlite.git
For the record, it's
fossil clone http://www.sqlite.org/src sqlite.fossil
You can gitify it using
http://www.fossil-scm.org/xfer/doc/tip/www/inout.wiki, but fossil seems
to have bisect as well.
