Along these lines, I'd like to suggest fleshing out the manual, but do 
it on the wiki.  When I was wondering about how the ports worked with 
both Garmin and GPS inputs, I would've liked to add that detail to the 
manual (since that's where I checked first).  Also checked the wiki, but 
it wasn't there either.

The OTWINCFG page provides a bunch of the same base information as in 
the manual, or if Scott could upload or cut and paste the manual in to 
get some sort of base up, we could start fleshing it out.

A lot of good information comes across the mailing list (such as Keith's 
quick tutorial and seeing yourself ACK).  That kind of stuff would be 
invaluable in a trouble shooting section of the wiki.
