That's basically what I was doing with the OTWINCFG section, but I was doing some rewriting along the way.
If I can get an automated typesetting system set up to generate a PDF from the wiki for offline use, the wiki could be the primary source. I should also see about setting up multiple languages. Anyone done that in Mediawiki before?
