I have been reading posts on the reflector concerning messaging with the tracker and the nuvi 350. I have found why I couldn't send or reply to a message.I had to set the Tracker to "retries 6", or greater then "0". I didn't realize I had to set the retries via the nuvi. Now I can transmit but the other station never gets an "Ack" back. Is there another config setting for Ack? I have downloaded the "Tracker2 Commands For Garmin Nuvi" document, and now it's a little clearer to me. Originaly I thought the otwincfg program had all the settings, but of course it doesn't set the config for the device or software that one might use with the Tracker2. I'm much more excited about the Tracker now. The info is a little hard to piece together, but I'm very glad we have the hardware. I know it's a growing living thing.
