That includes the anemometer, wind vane, rain gauge, the mast, and all 
of the mounting hardware.

The enclosure is off-white ABS with mounting flanges.  I'm considering 
just putting all of the external signals (PTT, RX audio, TX audio, RXD, 
TXD, power in, power out, squelch, ground) on a single screw terminal 
block on the bottom.  A single DB9 won't be enough, and there's not a 
lot of room for multiple connectors.

Or maybe I'll add a vertical mount DB9 inside to make initial 
programming easier...
