Thank you for giving me the direct answer. Scott's reply would have
kept me guessing for what I was doing wrong for a while. I quickly
found the "coded" information once I knew what I was looking for.

information on the Nuvi, the nnn/mmm for the speed and direction are
already there for stations that include it in their beacons.
