I really appreciate a man who knows his equipment. Started poking around ST202 
and found that if I pressed down on it every thing calmed down ie voltage and 
temp stabilized don't know if it was a cap or pin on the chip but I reheated 
everything with my needle point iorn tip and all is stable now I will install 
it in am and cross my fingers. Thanks Scott.  :-}
