I am new to Tracker 2 but as soon as it arrived after quite a wait, I
tried to program in my call sign but found that it wouldn't accept being
written to. I am using otwincfg program. I get "verify error at block 0xf400"
then "write failed". Another funny thing, on the diagnostics page the voltage
and temp are going all over the place. The unit is being run from a regulated
known good supply no ripple, the cable I used to program is the same serial
cable "nul modem" I use to program my opentracker+. To verify all is ok with
the computer, programing cable and power supply, I brought in my opentracker+
from my truck made a few changes to it, reprogrammed it and read the changes
back afterward. The opentracker+ is now back and working correctly but the
Tracker 2 is still DOA. What am I doing wrong ?
