Thanks again for the reply.  Well, basically I would need to set as below:

Port A -> Command/Console mode
Port B -> NMEA mode

In OTWINCFG, there is neither any option for Command nor NMEA.  I was  
tempted to put both port A and B into auto mode, but the manual has  
advised that only one port should be in AUTO mode and not both.

Are there any other ways to work around this issue?  I have no problem  
swapping the GPS and PC between ports A and B.
