Hello,
i have also an OT+ and i use a TM-241e/a.
I think that it is same connection on the 8 pin Din connector.
I use audio out from OT+ to the audio input of Kenwood
also output PTT of OT+ to PTT of kenwood.
And only pin 8 GND of kenwood.
I don't use audio input of the OT+
