Thanks for the advice Lynn, really appreciate it, info on it is quite scarce out there but have got it all going as planned so happy with it so far. It needs to run as a digi & as kiss mode tnc with AGWPE at our local radio club , we have several PC's on a network. Using AGWPE allows us to connect via network to the radios with a variety of programs & we are hoping that the T2-135 will be the way to go, it should be on APRS.fi now as it is running in my shack. I have T2-135s in 2 Alinco DR-135s and they both do the same thing. I have an original Alinco EJ-41U in a third radio and it is the same. It kind of defeats Bob's (WB4APR) idea of using tone for voice alert, but at the same time, you don't have to fiddle with any knobs when you turn Data on.
