Was the FMI cable ordered for the OT2m? Any chance that it was wired backwards for a T2-135? > Also the Nuvi doesn't give an error nor does it go into Dispatch mode. Even without the OT2m, if the FMI cable is connected to the Nuvi and the Nuvi has external power via the cradle (have you proved that it has external power?) it should go into dispatch mode.
