Not having looked at the source for Tracks, (having just recently started implementing GTD on Tracks), I spy with my little eye:

Luke mentioned on another post that he develops on MySQL, which has no boolean type; I see a strong correlation between that and James testing / running on SQLite which I believe does -- correct me if I'm wrong.
