I was trying to create a new ticket at Tracks Trac and got this error:
"Precondition Failed
The precondition on the request for the URL /newticket evaluated to false."
Note sure if it is something wrong at BSAG's server or my side.

After upgrading to latest trunk version, when I did rake db:migrate --trace I
