I've just committed a change to remove the rails_rcov plugin which is
causing this dependency on the rcov gem.
This is a useful plugin, though, and I'll continue to use it in my
working copies to help us get good test coverage. I recommend other
devs do the same.

it, as he knows a lot more about rcov than me. Actually, I know
precisely nothing about rcov ;-)
While I know nothing about rcov either a "gem install rcov" worked
wonders when I got the same message ;)
