That looks good. Another possibility that I'd forgotten about is to use ExpressionEngine (the CMS I use to run the Tracks blog, forum and wiki) as a bug tracker. Redmine is very comprehensive, but we don't need a forum or wiki, for example, because we already have one. 4) It would be easy for me to administer, because it's the same as the site, forum etc. It doesn't solve the git integration issue, but ExpressionEngine is just PHP, so I could probably hack together some kind of page to display the latest commits and possibly to autolink to particular commits.
