That looks good. Another possibility that I'd forgotten about is to  
use ExpressionEngine (the CMS I use to run the Tracks blog, forum and  
wiki) as a bug tracker. There's quite a nice write up on how to do

There would be a few advantages of doing it this way:

1) People could use the same login username and password for the  
forum, wiki and bug tracker, which would be very convenient.
2) I could style it to fit in nicely with the rest of the site
3) I could just include the features we need. Redmine is very  
comprehensive, but we don't need a forum or wiki, for example, because  
we already have one.
4) It would be easy for me to administer, because it's the same as the  
site, forum etc.

It doesn't solve the git integration issue, but ExpressionEngine is  
just PHP, so I could probably hack together some kind of page to  
display the latest commits and possibly to autolink to particular  
commits.

I'll think about it a bit before I commit to one or the other method.
